Got to Hong Kong on Thrusday night, mainly for my dearest grandma's 80th birthday. The trade-off for attending her dinner was missing Jellymon's opening at da>space on the same night. this was my first time missing an opening at da>space since March. Sorry JM, got to be with my family for this one.

It has been well over a year since we tried to hook up, but everytime my New York stay was far too short, and we kept conflicting schedules. Well, this time, Jeff, aka Jeff Staple was visiting China for lesure, and we made sure we can finally meet each other face to face. Jeff paid a visit to da>space, and we all went out to get a quick lunch. As Jeff is always up to exploring, he decided to check out how is the Chinese KFC's menu different than its US counter-part. I'll leave it to him to tell the differences.
I'm sure we'll run into each other more often in the near future. Keep up the great work, Jeff. Hope you enjoyed your stay in one of the most talked about cities in the world today.

Since I got back to Asia, I lost touch with the whole Major League Baseball thing. Baseball plays an important role in my life in Toronto. Met a lot of good friends on the diamonds, and cracked a few nutz with the fastballs. Watching games on TV with buddies afterwork, etc etc.
I witnessed Toronto Blue Jays' dynasty years.
That was a long time ago, of course. But today, Blue Jays got my attention again as they signed "BIG HURT" Frank Thomas to their 2007 roster. The name Frank Thomas brings back memories. Yeah man, I dealt with baseball cards as well back then, so I had many of his rookie cards. Of course, at one point (for a long period of time), his RC dropped to be worth around $9usd! I think I bought in at $45usd... anyways.. The card collectors know what I'm talking about.
Well, I don't know how much pain BIG HURT can inflict today, but surely hope he can help the BJ shine again in 2007.

to Shanghai in the past 2 weeks...
It was kinda tiring to be flying around even though it was only around a few Mainland cities. 
Went to Beijing to set up a few things, and produced a few figure for China Unicom's newest campaign. And then went to Guangzhou to participate in Nike's Zoom Lebron 4's China-Red Edition Launch Party. It was quite fun, as it was my first real visit to the city of GZ. Hooked up with a few friends, and "hooked up" a few things as well. You'll see. 
MC Yan was in GZ with us for the Nike launch, so we also took the opportunity to do the "da>Talk" feature with him for YOHO Magazine. We managed to get Jason from NY:C into the mix. Cool. "Yan Can Cook"? Hell, "MC Yan Can Talk"! The interview went passed the 80mins mark. One of the longest "da>Talk" ever.
Mad thanks to both Yan and Jason.
And of course, thanks to Nike China for the trip. All good.
Now, where's my Lebron?? I'm size 8.5!

Came back to home base after a short trip to another Chinese city, the City of Toys. Saw tons of good shit in the works. And of course met alot of good folks there as well. Thanks to all for taking such good care of me when I was there. Come to Sh-Town and I'll return the favor.
Just got back in time to over see the setup of BeiBang's exhibition in adFunture GS, it will open tomorrow. (well, now, is more like "in the next few hrs"). The guy is just nuts, he brought in a few really really ill pieces of ink-works. You'll see. And 4 crazy inked 10" Teddy Troops.
