10/14/2007: "Love of Force in Beijing"

Just came back from Part 2 of my "Nike Week", from Beijing. It was the "Love of Force" exhibition party event, and maybe the last "event" for this year's Air Force 1 campaign from Nike. And it was a very nice ending to a very amazing campaign. The schedule for the night was packed. We got a nice exhibit of cool sneakers (of course), art exhibitions from Taiwan and Korea. Sneaker customizers were showing the crowd how it is done, some sick work performed there. Mint and Serf came over and painted a few huge panels at the venue, very very nice. Dancing performance by Korean b-boy crew, and these were just for warm ups. The documentary Air Force 1 had its 4th Episode aired during the event, and we were saying these little things Nike does are what set it apart from other sports brands, or any brands for that reason. I want to watch the whole series. I think there are 12 episodes, I'm not sure. And last but not least, we had big AF1 supporter DJ Clark Kent djing for us for the rest of the night. What a party.

For myself, this is my first Beijing visit in 7 months, I didn't even noticed that it has been so long. I met up with lots of my friends at the venue, and we had a blast. adFunture contributing artists Perk, Sic and X2R were also there, so we had sometime to catch up.

Thanks to Nike China for inviting me, and treated us very nicely. Mad thanks. We are looking forward to your next campaign. Sure it'll be fun.

刚从北京回沪。受邀到Nike在706举行的Love of Force活动。内容可说是丰富。现场在artist当场customize鞋子的表演，在来自Koren的dancing crew,可算是没有冷场。重点在AirForce纪录片的第四届首播，更有超级AF支持者DJ Clak Kent的打碟performance。十分精彩。
这也算是今年AirForce 1活动的一个美好结尾。
