10/07/2007: "David & Martin & Alice"

Took Alice to Hong Zhou, which is one of the most beautiful cities in China, 2 hrs away from Shanghai. A nice lake there, pretty much a tourist's must-visit spot. Too bad it was rained most of the day.

带了Alice去杭州一天日游。下了一天的雨，真可惜。还好，带了她去张生记的总店尝尝杭州菜。希望她喜欢吧。


This is what brides used to rode in on their way to the grooms' home on the morning of their wedding days. Yeah, man-powered, of course. Nowadays, they roll in a Benz or BMW...


Caught up with David and Martin for dinner, they are visiting Shanghai as well. Checking on their latest projects in the city. I'm waiting for their opening day as we have much to expect from these two gentlemen. Of course, hairy crabs for dinner.... Yeah, like I said, this is the best time to have these crabs, so folks have this dish at the top of their "to-do lists". Ok, Martin, you can check off that one now. David, I hope you enjoyed your first encounter with these hairy fellows.
